(1) you can now redeem your points in #channel
(2) You can purchase however many tickets you want, the more tickets, the higher odds of winning.
(3) However, if you did not win, your tickets will be discarded. so don't bet all your points on the tickets.
(4) Each steam card has a value of $3 and we will also be giving out nitro basic.

Going from this reward cycle, all changes are effective

In the upcoming days, we will add more clarifications on the items. In addition, we will push out the features to allow you guys to add your cusotm roles. Stay tuned.

We are back from devcon, You can check out some of our pictures from the Discord masterclass. I think it's a great success and we've made some friends and found a lot of cool projects!

As a delightful surprise, we were able to shard our bot relatively effortlessly. You should now expect our bot to be more responsive and keep uptime better going forward.

For this week, we will:
Push out some analytics around quest and hype engine so that u can track them on the analytics.
We are going to make some significant revamp in terms of how we do rewards and leaderboard for hype engine. As you might notice, right now, we are giving away free nitros. The newly revamp version will give more players oppertunities to win something and also bring some of the power back to the server owners where they can reward you however they see fit.

hey everyone, here's an update on last week's progress and this week's plan
(1) We've pushed out the collab and now you can go to https://communityone.io/dashboard and enable analytics and hype engine to see ur potential list of collabs.
(2) We've added a custom command to allow mods remove and add points by running command /award-points and /redeem-points-for, graph attached shows how redeem points work. For now, this is a feature available for our premium projects since points is directly related to how many nitros your servers can get.

For this week, we will strengthen our analytics around quests and push out additional quests, we want to keep it a secret since you guys will be able to play it when it launches. Most of the quests is around rewarding superfans, onboarding new members, especially if they are too shy to ask questions on how to play it and finally, we will push out quests that are FUNNY!

If time permitted, we will start working on the technical implementation for collab.

Update and plan for this week

• We pushed another major round of update to patch up some of the bugs around analytics, see #🟣・change-log for details.
• We've also intergrated the server analytics with server profile for cm1 collab. it looks like the above with the stats.

We want to tell communities that the most important thing everyone should work on is engagement and size doesn't matter as much as geinune interactions. Incorporating server's actual engagement analytics (vs showing the discord size) is our first step in doing so

We are gonna spend this week looking into adding more quests into our bot. Depending on the quests that we want to add, this can be a one-week short sprint, or a two-week long sprint.

Here are some of the issues that we are looking into
(a) Discoverabilities: some of our servers miss important quest permissions.
(b) Adoption: the best ways to get community adopting to our quests when it was first introduced.
(c) Onboarding: how to provide a comfortable environment where new users can learn about a community and a project organically.
(d) Fun: more quests to make it fun for our existing users and continue to generate high quality interactions.

We are looking into all the issues above and also looking into all the quests that you guys have suggested overtime. We are likely to make a mid-week annoucement with more details.

Just another Behind the scene thoughts: A long time ago, we had this vision to integrate analytics into everyday community operations. When a mod sees a community KPI goes down, he/she will know what to do in order to improve the stats. We had a prototype of a bot feature for this. Later, it got involved to AICM. And now with this around of analytics revamp, we might reconsider this idea. We believe that mods and internal teams are super important during early stage and we need to develop system to teach them how to engage in a fun way!

new analytics is out and here's a summary of the changes

(a) We got rid of a ton of charts -- less is more.
(b) We changed the layout, made it prettier and annotated a ton of charts so that it is now easier for you to understand them
(c) We added a lot more relevant new KPIs, including total social reach (measuring community connectivities) and total hours spent etc.
(d) We made it faster and more reliable. Now we can process a lot more data at 1/10 of the original run time.

We will continue to work on backend, make it faster and start to restructure our database for instant retriver of all data.
