we are okay with banter, slight hazing of newbies, and trolling if it’s funny and lighthearted- but when things become hostile or too personal please feel free to let us know.

we are not mind readers and sometimes we cannot tell seriousness vs sarcasm. so if you feel you or someone else is being attacked or negatively affected - and feel intervention is needed - once again- let us know.
