Some of the debate rules may or may not applicable depending on the context.

The Debate Management Team (DMT) will take the role of debate moderators or judges. Their job is to provide fair rulings by carefully examining, studying, analyzing, and interpreting the debate ideas. They have the permission to initiate voting to ensure fair and accurate rulings.

Voting Mechanism
1. The Top Tier Rank+ have the permission to decide the initiation of votings once only if 3+ of them agreed.
2. The Debate Management Team have the full permission to initiate a voting to help them rule fairly.
3. Only the Mid Tier Rank+ can vote once the voting started. They will choose which side is stronger.
4. The votings will be closed after the amount of time set by the DMT Member or with direct order from the Team Leadership.
5. Side with most votes does not mean pronounced as winner. The DMT Member who take the role of a debate moderator or judge still have the final decision.

Take note: A DMT Member does not have any right to be bias and unfair. If you believe that they ruled inappropriately, please open a Debate Appeal Ticket.

The Club Department would like to share some guidelines regarding the creation of an official club within the KNOWLEDGECORD.

Any attempt to introduce a club within the KNOWLEDGECORD despite not being acknowledged by the Club Department remains as an unofficial club and subject to more moderation actions. Although, the community allows the unofficial club to run especially when the officers are still finding and gathering members, developing their management, and ensuring the implementation is well prepared.

The information regarding the creation of a club within our community are provided below. Ensure to read them carefully before deciding to develop or create your own club within the KNOWLEDGECORD community.
