I have been getting dominated by a lot of my teams (particularly due to skill issue) and I’ve only been using pokemon I like and I’m looking for someone to help me make a team that involves some of the Pokemon that I like

Mega chanderleur and scarf rotom icy wind rotom wash (or preferably heat) seems usable.
Or you could try to scarf discharge rotom beside mega sceptile strat.
But I gotta say your box is very limiting.

Consider darkest lariat over throat chop if you want to destroy the hyper voice spam from mega Gardevoir and sylveon which your sceptile is weak to
