No limit Anarchy - Discord Staff Recruitment

⚡ No Limit Anarchy — Discord Staff Recruitment ⚡

🌟 About Us

Welcome to No Limit Anarchy! In-game, we live up to our name—pure anarchy with zero rules and zero staff interference. However, to keep our community hub running smoothly and safely, our Discord server is actively moderated to stay fully compliant with Discord's Terms of Service (TOS).
We are looking for dedicated, reliable individuals to join our team and help manage the Discord side of things while letting players run wild in-game!

📋 Staff Responsibilities

As a member of the No Limit Anarchy staff team, your core duties will include:

• Handling Tickets: Assisting community members, resolving support inquiries, and managing ticket channels efficiently.
• Community Engagement: Actively interacting with members, sparking conversations, and keeping the community energy high.
• Discord Moderation (TOS Compliance): Overseeing the Discord server chat to ensure strict compliance with Discord's Terms of Service, maintaining a safe platform environment while keeping the hands-off, anarchy spirit alive for the Minecraft server itself.

✅ What We Are Looking For

• Active presence on Discord.
• A clear understanding of the balance between total in-game anarchy and necessary Discord TOS safety rules.
• Good communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain unbiased, professional, and level-headed.
• Prior moderation or ticket-handling experience is a plus, but not strictly required.
