I. The Murder of a Brucian Citizen is a direct violation of this law. Penalties include but are not limited to: Incarceration with a minimum of 20 years, Mandatory Labor with a minimum of 15 years, Or the Death Penalty.

II. The Murder of a Brucian Citizen who is not racially Brucian is a direct violation of this law. Penalties include but are not limited to: Incarceration with a minimum of 15 years, Mandatory Labor with a minimum of 10 years, Or the Death Penalty in particularly severe scenarios.

III. The Murder of a Brucian Citizen while not being racially Brucian is a direct violation of this law. Penalties include but are not limited to: Incarceration with a minimum of 30 years, Mandatory Labor with a minimum of 25 years, Or the Death Penalty.

IV. The Murder of a Brucian Citizen whilst not being a legal citizen of the Brucian Empire is a direct violation of this law. Penalties include but are not limited to: Mandatory Labor with a minimum of 40 years followed by deportation after their term has been finished, Or the Death Penalty.

The Brucian Government recognizes that a disciplined, organized, and orderly Military is essential to the security of a Brucian Nation. For this reason, the Brucian Government imposes strict rules on military servicemen both on and off-duty. This law applies not only to servicemen residing within Brucian Territory but also to servicemen in occupied enemy territory, overseas, or on leave.

I. The act of Mutiny within the Brucian Armed Forces is seen as Treason by the Brucian Government. The penalties for servicemen who commit mutiny within the Brucian Military include but are not limited to: Mandatory Labor with a minimum of 55 years, Or the Death Penalty.

II. The intentional murder of another member of the Brucian Armed Forces is seen as Treason by the Brucian Government. The penalties for servicemen who murder another Soldier include but are not limited to: Mandatory Labor with a minimum of 70 years, Or the Death Penalty.

III. The act of communicating with, aiding, participating in espionage for, or helping enemies of the Brucian Nation in any form is seen as Treason by the Brucian Government. The penalties for servicemen who act in opposition to the Brucian Nation on behalf of foreign powers include but are not limited to: Mandatory Labor with a minimum of 100 Years, Or the Death Penalty.

IV: Servicemen who regularly defy the orders of their superiors bring shame and dishonor to the Brucian Military and disrupt the Chain of Command's decision making process. Penalties for servicemen who defy orders include but are not limited to: Demotion, Revocation of awards, medals, and honors issued by the Brucian Armed Forces, Paying a fine of up to $3,000 Brucemarks, A maximum of 30 days of Incarceration, A maximum of 14 days of Mandatory Labor.

V: Servicemen who regularly disrupt military meetings, ceremonies, operational planning, or military drills bring shame and dishonor to the Brucian Military and disrupt the organization, integrity, cohesion, and formality of the Brucian Armed Forces. Penalties for servicemen who disrupt military events include but are not limited to: Demotion, Revocation of awards, medals, and honors issued by the Brucian Armed Forces, Paying a fine of up to $10,000 Brucemarks, A maximum of 90 days of Incarceration, A maximum of 45 days of Mandatory Labor.

THE BR-CIAN LANGUAGE ACT

THE ONLY LEGAL LANGUAGES IN THE TEMPEL OV BRUCE ARE ENGLISH, ITALIAN, HEBREW, GERMAN, AND BRUCIAN. SPEAKING ANY OTHER LANGUAGES EXCEPT THESE MAY RESULT IN FINES OR IMPRISONMENT

This law also extends to explicity ban Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Slovakian, Czech, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, Bulgarian, And all other Slavic or Slavic-adjacent languages (such as Sorbian for example.)

THE EMERGENCY POOP TAX ACT

Kanzlership Term Limit Act

Elected Brucekanzlers get a term limit of 2 weeks per term. However, they may take an "administrative pause" if they must be absent from their position. In this case, the power is temporarily passed down to the party of their choice. Their term timer does not go down during this period unless they're' absent for longer than 2 weeks. In which case an election is held.

Members of the Tempel ov Bruce are entitled to rights of privacy. This law forbids intentionally digging for personal information of members of the Tempel ov Bruce, including OSINT searches.
