Restoring an old torn picture

I have this picture of my mom that my sister (when she was very young) tore and it's the only baby picture of my mom and it's my favorite. I have all pieces except one (upper left) and I want a studio that can restore and reprint it. I dont have it on digital so it will need some experience on their part but I dont mind if they can just put it together, scan it and reprint one for me.

Any photography studio that can do that?

PC and Parts Customer Warns of Support Issues

Don't buy from Pc and Parts

I've been a long term customer of PC and Parts and bought plenty of PC parts and peripherals from them for myself and my family but they lost a customer over a mouse. Bought two mice and was told I had 3 days to exchange them if there was an issue. One was fine, the other had noticeable pre travel and squeaky heavy left switch.

I contacted them and they told me on whatsapp "eza fi meshkle tekram 3aynak." Drove all the way there ( i live in beqaa) planning to get the exchange and buying a glass mouse pad from them, only for the guy there to instantly go it's working fine from the start (smalla l testing) and was clearly not willing to exchange and was extremely rude.

After some arguing and "testing" the guy next to him grabbed it and noticed the defect and said he feels it heavy clicking compared to the right one, but still refused the exchange after noticing the problem, so why even offer the exchange in the first place if you see there's a problem and you're still not willing to exchange it.

On a previous order, I was told an SSD would be $180 on friday through email inquiry. I made the order on monday and the clueless guy confirming the order kept calculating the SSD as 0$, la7ata ba3d ma me7anne la fehem eno mesh 7eseb l SSD bel order, but called me to say it's now 220$ w "be7seblak ye bi 200" which is crazy jump in 3 days but i brushed it off because of the current market.

If you're buying expensive PC hardware, don't get it from them, the staff over there are clueless and they have terrible customer support.

I want to visit Lebanon for the history, but there is a problem.

Most of the historical cities like Tyr, Sidon, Tripoli are muslim majority. There is Beirut and Byblos, but they’re comparatively underwhelming.

It is like there is a continuous presence in the muslim cities while the christian regions seem like they’ve been populated 200 years ago.

As a nation that claims christian identity, a whole lot of it seems to come from muslim regions.

I’m having a hard time understanding that.

Anyone tried starlink on global roaming after the unban?

Don't really give 2 shits about what the TRA's website says since they are monopolizing it for some clear personal gains. Anyone tried getting the machine working on a european subscription or global roam?

Updating Lebanese Citizenship: Steps and Advice

looking to update my lebanese citizenship?

mar7aba! I am a daughter of Lebanese immigrants who moved to the west to escape the war. When I was a kid, I used to go to Lebanon every summer and overall I always felt like I am more Lebanese then Western. Now that I am married & moved out, I am looking to establish my own life in Lebanon, without relying on my parents to take me every summer as they stopped visiting as often.

I want to be able to establish my life in Lebanon, I can not move there yet, but I want to start visiting every summer again. The problem is - I don't know where to start. I have a Lebanese citizenship card, but it has not been updated since I was born (it doesn't even have a photo on it). I am assuming I would start there, updating that, but I don't even know how to do that.

Anyone in the same boat as me? How did you do it? Any tips?

My end goal is to buy a home in Lebanon so when I have kids in the future I can keep bringing them and giving them the beautiful childhood I had in Lebanon.

I am assuming I would update my citizenship card, open a bank account, what else would you recommend? Shukran for all your help :)
