CNC Club 18+ Adds Message Highlight Reviews

CNC Club 18+ introduces Highlight, a feature that lets members send messages to staff for review, with optional context explaining their concern. Members receive a DM with the decision and can leave feedback or contact staff, helping clarify expectations and support consistent community moderation.
We introducing a new Feature called Highlight to make it easier for messages to be brought to staff's attention when something feels alittle off. Sometimes a message definitely breaks a rule, sometimes it's unsure and other times it depends on the surrounding conversation, the channnel it was posted in or personal theme expectations. Hightlights will help bring distinctions rather than treating concern with yes or no basis.
How to highlight a message ?
- On PC: Right-click the message → Apps → Nala → Highlight.
- On mobile: Press and hold the message → Apps → Nala → Highlight.
**What happens after a highlight ? **
When Highlighting a message, you will be asked to confirm your submission with the option to add some context explaining why you believe it inappropriate- useful when the message alone doesnt explain everything. When confirmed, the message is sent to staff who will review and decide if the message should remain or be removed. You will be dmed by the bot when staff reviews your highlight, the dm will explain the outcome and the reason behind it.
Please note, a Highlight doesnt automatically mean a message broke the rules and that it should be deleted, some messages are unsuitable for a channel, the server theme or may just leave the wrong impression about the server/ member(s) it concerns. With Highlights ourgoal isnt to simply enforce rules but use each opportunity to help members understand the rules to be able to apply consistently. For example; with this feature, Sirs wont have to go back and forth on the correction they offered after staff review if they can request review easier and faster with a few clicks before they offer it.
**What If you disagree with a ruling ? **
The resolutio of a highlight may not always answer every question or adressall concerns. Built in te dm notification are options to leave feedback either through a like or dislike button, alng with a link to our contact staff tickets for me detailed push back.
Please if you have concerns about a message, try to highlight it first, rather than open a ticket, it helps eep the process organised, reports for off server infractions still belong in tickets.
