CommunityOne Analytics: Historical Data & Bot Fixes

Summary

The CommunityOne Builders Help community announced updates to their Analytics feature focusing on historical data access and bot detection improvements. Users can now explicitly force a historical data refresh via a dashboard setting if initial setup caused issues. Furthermore, bot information will now be automatically included when loading historical data, streamlining the process for users.

Update on Analytics:

:1G: We are explicitly allowing ALL servers to get historical data via a dashboard setting. While we have done this by default, a lot of time when ur server setup is not correct initially, you are not able to force a re-update. Now if you don't see historical data on your dashboard, just go to analytics and click on "load historical data".

:2G: We have further optimized on bot detection. This means that when you click "load historical data", we will automatically get your historical bot info, vs exposing this as an additional button.
