CommunityOne: New Forum Features & Multi-Language Support

here's a quick update on what's happening over the past week:

We've translated most of the pages into French, Russian, German, Spanish and Portugees. The only page left to be translated is the server detail page, which we will work on after we revamp the UI.

We are working on a POC for our forum feature. We are done with all the backend and currently work on the mechanism in getting the user's permissions.

We are adding a premium version of server listing just for testing purpose. In addition, if you are an existing bot owner and are on our premium tier, you already got a boost in terms of visibilities.
