Fixes:

- [1] Fixed issue where "Subscribe to Upcoming Event" quest could not be completed due to outdated event_id's provided by discord's API on recurring events.
- Fixed issue where reward notification was still being shown for an extra week (on top of the intended one) when reward was not claimed.

Fixes:

- Fixed some edge cases on "Welcome a Newcommer" quest.
- We now mark the quest "Subscribe to upcoming event" as completed if the event is canceled.
- We implemented a workaround for "Subscribing to upcoming event" when event can not be subscribed to anymore (Discord's API issue), the quest will just be marked as completed in that rare case.
- Fixed an issue where the bot could become unresponsive upon booting when too much activity is going on.
- Fixed an edge case where /check-configuration could timeout and fail to respond.
- Fixed an issue where a deleted onboarding channel could stop other channels from being automatically deleted.

- Fixed a bug so that we automatically create a collab entry for servers that has enabled hype engine. 
- Fetching discord activities info without relying on invite links, which can expire very fast
