Bedrock Connectivity Update
Minecraft Bedrock Edition 26.60, released on 27 October, replaced the old RakNet connection method with NetherNet. Servers must support NetherNet for players on this version to connect.
We've rolled out a panel update to handle this for our Paper + Geyser servers. Nothing has changed for Java players.
Paper + Geyser servers
The update is now available. Here's what you need to do:
Restart your server when prompted by the panel banner. We haven't forced a restart.
Find your new Bedrock address on the panel's Console page, below your normal server address.
Share it with your Bedrock players. Anyone who saved the old address must update the port in their saved server entry.
If a yellow warning appears beside the Bedrock address, follow its instructions. This usually means updating Geyser and restarting. Older Minecraft servers may also need ViaVersion or a server update.
The panel configures NetherNet automatically. Your new Bedrock port is free and doesn't count toward your port limit. Bedrock players will see a "trust this server" prompt the first time they connect. This is normal.
Manually installed Geyser
If you installed Geyser yourself on Paper, Velocity, or another server type, this change wasn't automated. You'll need to update Geyser and enable NetherNet yourself.
If only your Java port is available, Geyser can use the free Warden service instead. Check your server console for the Bedrock join address.
Vanilla Bedrock servers
Standalone Vanilla Bedrock servers weren't included in this rollout. NetherNet support for these requires separate work. They remain unavailable for new orders and in the version and game switchers.
If you need help, contact support and include any warning shown in your panel or errors shown in your client.

Precautionary Security Measures
As part of our precautionary security measures in response to the ongoing global security incident, we have temporarily taken our WHMCS and Panel instances offline to protect our infrastructure and customer information. Game servers remain unaffected.
During this time, our support ticket system is unavailable, and we are unable to receive or respond to support tickets.
We understand that this disruption is far from ideal, particularly for customers who may require assistance. However, these measures are necessary to ensure the continued security of our systems.
Our team is actively working to address the situation and restore normal operations as soon as it is safe to do so.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding while we work through this situation.
We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
UPDATE: Security patches are now available and we're actively working on getting them deployed.

Security Notice: Temporary Protective Measures
We are aware of an ongoing security issue affecting services globally and are putting temporary protections in place as a precaution to safeguard our infrastructure and customers.
These measures may temporarily affect access to certain services or platforms. Our team is monitoring the situation closely, and we will share further updates as more information becomes available.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

🎮 WE’RE HIRING | Gameserver Support Agent (Remote, Full-Time)
We’re adding more experience to our ranks again.
UltraServers is growing, and we are looking for a full-time support agent with strong Minecraft hosting knowledge to join the team.
You should know your way around a laggy SMP, a broken modpack, bad configs and plugin issues — and be comfortable taking ownership of customer problems rather than just passing them on.
This is a full-time remote role: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Weekend work is required as part of the rota.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
💻 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support Minecraft servers, including Paper, Fabric, Forge and modded setups
- Help customers with plugins, configs, startup errors, crashes, performance and panel issues
- Help customers diagnose networking issues.
- Create valuable documentation to help the brand achieve industry-leading documentation.
- Handle support tickets through WHMCS and assist customers through Discord
- Investigate issues properly, document findings and escalate complex cases clearly
- Be a calm, professional presence during busy shifts
Your primary focus will be Gameserver support. As you become established in the role, you will also be expected to learn and support our wider managed hosting environment.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🧠 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong Minecraft server hosting knowledge — essential
- Experience with Paper, Fabric, Forge, plugins, modpacks and performance tuning
- Basic Linux knowledge, including ls, nano, htop and log checking
- Clear written English and good customer communication
- Reliable PC and internet connection
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tickets
- Available for full-time work, including weekends as part of a rota
Strong advantages:
- Familiarity with Hytale
- Experience with Pterodactyl or similar game-hosting panels
- Experience with Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr or similar applications for our other hosting environment needs
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🎁 WHAT YOU’LL GET
- Full-time, long-term self-employment contract
- Fully remote work
- Trusted autonomy and real responsibility
- Opportunity to broaden your Linux, hosting and troubleshooting skills
- A role that grows alongside the platform and team
Send a short introduction, your CV or résumé, and tell us about your Minecraft, hosting or Linux experience.
Optional: include screenshots or examples of a server, modpack, homelab or setup you are proud of.~~
Position has been filled. Thank you for your interest 🙂
Hello ,

**We will continue to monitor the network closely and make further optimizations where needed over the next month.
**
Thank you for your continued support!

Card View
The server listing page has been redesigned to be more robust and user-friendly.
All / Owned / Shared toggle: The old “Showing only xxx servers” switch has been replaced with a clearer tri-state toggle. You can now choose to view
1) all servers you have access to,
2) only servers you own, or
3) only servers shared with you.
Layout switcher: Servers can now be displayed in either a grid or stack layout, with stack as the default. Grid view provides more room for server details, while stack view is more compact and easier to scan when managing many servers.
Sorting: Server lists can now be sorted by name, memory, creation date, or manually with drag-and-drop.
Filtering: Alongside search, you can now quickly filter servers by game and/or location.
Redesigned server cards: Server cards are now cleaner and more informative, featuring an inline start/stop button, an actions menu, and new status tags such as shared, split, installing, restoring, suspended, and transferring. Parent servers can be expanded to show splits, and usage stats can be hidden for a cleaner look.
