You can type !faq to get a shortcut to both channels as needed, or use any of the other Discord shortcut commands as well (ie !seed, !land, !money, etc)

I want to share an exciting update about our community team! You might start noticing a new role popping up around the server called @Hearth Keeper .

To make sure I can balance my time between bringing you all the best Wisterwild experience and being fully present with my family offline, I have created this new tier of support. The Hearth Keepers are a few of my most trusted team members who will be helping me maintain the deeper structure of the server.

While our amazing Cottage Crew continues to focus on community engagement, initiating incredible events, and keeping server morale high, the Hearth Keepers will handle the slightly more technical boring side of things, in addition to engagement, etc. They are equipped to help with deeper troubleshooting, perform necessary server reboots, handle mystic maintenance tickets, provide gentle rule reminders and announcements as needed, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes when I am unavailable.

I want to be completely clear that Hearth Keepers are not admins. We do not have admins in Wisterwild, and we never will. Our community thrives on positivity, mutual respect, and leading by example rather than focusing on strict rule enforcement, which is 99% automated anyways. I am still your primary decision maker and rule enforcer if needed (which TBH is super rare here, you guys are legit so amazing). The Hearth Keepers are simply here to keep the technical fires burning and step in for emergencies if I happen to be out of reach.

Please give them a warm welcome, and thank you all for continuing to make this community such a wonderful place to be!

Tiny status update regarding 2 land claim things!

The land claim plugin update switched up how the data is stored in the back end so my bot needs to be updated for Discord. In the meantime running !me or !claims will tell you you have no claims; however, in game is functioning just fine. Data is still there, just formatted different and my bot can't read it. I've been updating my bot and I'll let you know when it's golden
Along with the land claim plugin update, there may be some hiccups when trying to run certain commands. Presently, trusting a player to your land is giving an error. If you need someone trusted and it doesn't let you, please open a ticket including 1. The name of your land and 2. The gamertag of the player you're adding. Keep in mind there's a cap of 10 lands each player can be trusted in so if that cap has been reached we won't be able to add them for you. This is only if you need someone added and the plugin says "nope not today you don't!"

Spawn has had a fresh facelift, and this new spawn is near and dear to my heart 💜 In the past, I had a community known as Enchanted Forest (some of you are familiar with as you've been with me a long long time!!) and most of the area was built by yours truly. It holds so many happy memories!

I was able to bring this gorgeous area here to Wisterwild and, at looooooong last, I was able to finally bring it over to our Spawn!

Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the new space! The same resources are available there, and you may recognize some of the buildings as I had re-used them in our previous spawn. Lots of announcements today, sorry!! Not going to tag everyone as this isn't crucial 💜

If you have lots of mobs piling up around your base, go ahead and submit a MysticMaintenance ticket and we will come by and purge them for you. I'm cautiously purging in very tiny spaces at a time so I avoid wiping out anyone's farms. Lots of loaded mobs can create lag and ultimately cap the server, stopping spawns from happening. Plus it's no fun having 9283479234 sheep hanging around.

Mobs like to pile up right along chunk borders where they stop rendering so when you are building in one space for a while they'll begin to wander off to the edge of your simulation distance then get sort of trapped there.

No one is doing anything wrong when this happens, it just happens. and we wanna help keep the game running smoothly for you!

Quest System Update

I'm sorry for the inconvenience while the quest menu was acting up. I had to go in and fix some of the configuration code because the code was broken and not formatted correctly. Everything is back up and running now, but since the controls are a bit different for everyone, here is how you navigate the menus:

Console Players (PS5 & Xbox)

• Select Quest: Square (PS5) or X (Xbox).
• Cancel Quest: X Button (PS5) or A (Xbox).
• Track Quest: Touchpad/Circle (PS5) or B Button/D-Pad Down (Xbox).

PC Players

• Start Quest: Left Click.
• Cancel Quest: Right Click.
• Track Quest: Q Key (or your custom drop bind).

Important Notes

• Double Tap: If you are using a controller, you might need to double-tap the button to make sure the menu registers your selection.
• Support: Thanks for being patient while I got this fixed. If you run into any more issues with Enchanted Errands, please open a ticket and let me know.
