Hey! I run CraftVote (https://craftvote.com/), a Minecraft server list where owners list their servers and players vote for them.
Looking for an experienced person to grow and run our Discord and Reddit communities.
What you'll do
Grow the community on Discord and Reddit
Keep both communities active (events, giveaways, discussions)
Moderate and keep things spam free
Post updates, announcements
Bring ideas to attract more server owners and players
What you need
Proven experience growing a Discord and/or Reddit community
Solid knowledge of Discord setup, bots, roles and moderation
Know Reddit well: rules, AutoMod
Familiar with the Minecraft server scene
Fluent written English
Active, reliable, able to work on your own
Nice to have
Minecraft server marketing or staff management experience
