Make climbing ranks harder
As much as everyone enjoys getting promoted, I believe now half of our staff team only cares about promotions and will only join if ownership mentions the word "promo". Also alot of new people are like middle rank and they have only been here for like 2 weeks. If we were to do this, I think our staff team would adapt to just joining the server and helping it instead of being hungry for promotions.

Recently I've seen alot of staff members only care about promotions. And I think it would be better to make promotions harder to get because everyone has become hungry for promos and will only join the server if they will get promoted. Also alot of new ranks are climbing ranks to fast then what alot of us had to do.
