Three-Week Moderation Trial at The Sanctuary
Summary
The Sanctuary announces a three-week period where server managers will largely step back to test and supervise Mods and Degraded Mods handling conflicts, redirections, and decision making. Managers will intervene only for situations beyond moderator scope. Early degraded-mod tickets close Sunday and regular weekend applications resume Monday, ensuring trained moderation and a safer community.
starting in the afternoon tomorrow @Server managers will not show interference in the server for 3 weeks, we are testing/ supervising to see how our @Degraded Mod & @Mods preform in the server in dealing with conflicts, redirections, and how they preform choice wise, this is something that will help show new members and the current member's of our server that our moderation team is trained to the best standards and will do a good job at not just keeping the server safe, but making member's feel comfortable in our chats, Server managers will step in when there are certan situations that a Mod or Degraded mod can't do. Please note that by this upcoming sunday it will be the end of accepting early tickets for degraded mod position and will resume to just every weekend starting monday.
