Update

https://discord.com/channels/1453252296921190493/1453252299928371325 has now been successfully updated. Effective immediately, all server members are granted permission to use the designated commands within these channels.

We are pleased to inform all members that our dedicated support ticketing system has undergone a comprehensive revision and enhancement. This updated platform is now accessible to the entire community, enabling every individual to formally submit requests, report technical difficulties, or seek clarification regarding the operation and maintenance of our community infrastructure.

** Important Advisor **
Please be aware that our primary automation utility, @Echo Community, is currently in the process of active development and iterative improvement. Consequently, during this transitional phase, users may encounter temporary interruptions such as failure to generate new tickets, display anomalies, connectivity errors, or partial functionality issues.

Should you experience any malfunctions pertaining to our automated tools, communication channels, or any other operational aspects within our community space, we strongly encourage you to document and transmit your detailed observations and feedback. All submitted reports will be carefully reviewed and forwarded to our specialized development team for thorough investigation and prompt resolution.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, cooperation, and continuous support as we strive to enhance the overall user experience and system stability.

@📢 Announcements ping @🔧Update Ping

Hello everyone,

We would like to sincerely apologize for the appearance of unexpected and unidentified channels on our Discord server:

Please be assured that this is not caused by any error, unauthorized changes, or security issue within our server. Our development team is currently carrying out regular updates and maintenance works to improve the overall performance, organization and features of the community server.

During this optimization process, some existing channels have been temporarily removed and recreated to ensure better stability and smoother user experience. As a direct result of this technical update, the system has automatically generated these temporary "unknown channels" as part of the backend process.

We want to clearly inform everyone that all of these channels are official ticket channels. They are specifically created for you to submit support requests, report issues, or ask for assistance from our team. There are no hidden or unused channels among these entries.

Our technical team is fully aware of this display issue and is actively working to clean up and resolve this matter completely as soon as possible. We will keep you updated once the issue has been fully fixed.

Thank you very much for your patience, understanding and support while we complete these improvements. We truly appreciate your cooperation.

First, we are preparing to release a wider range of new commands that will be available for both community members and moderators very soon. These features are designed to give you more flexibility and control while using our server tools.

Additionally, we are currently finalizing the official ticket system feature, which will be launched on our servers in the coming days. This new system will help streamline support requests, make communication smoother, and allow us to assist you more efficiently.

We will notify the entire community immediately once both of these features are fully active and ready to use. Thank you for your continued support and patience!
