Making Charizard (Xard) Work in VGC Teams

I know people have already done this a million times, but this is how I built him and how I like playing him

Charizard: Very standard set. Clicks 1 ddance and one shots everything (thats the goal)
Tinkaton: Finishes a simple Fire + Fairy core. Has play rough so it can threaten fairy damage. Otherwise, its 32+ attack to ohko max bulk floettes and sylveons. No encore since it is built bulky
Sinistcha: The team needs redirection, especially since it has 1 sweeper who wants to be alive for a long time. Sinistcha is just the standard best redirector and has good utility
Milotic: Finishes a Fire-Water-Grass core, has incredible bulk and makes intimidate mons less useful for opponents
Hydreigon: He is here for basculegions and thats basically it. Scarfed Hydra uses coverage moves and hopes to do damage. Has tailwind not to be using commonly, just in case last minute speed control is needed
Sneasler: Holding sash since it was still available. This set is coaching to give charizard more bulk and damage. +2 Xard will ohko basically everything neutral
a simple team but I wanted to try Xard. I feel like we’re missing weather control but thats about it

Alotales is probably a really good bet since you’re rocking a set up sweeper

I’d be hesitant to replace Sneasler since it’s like the best Mon in the format rn
sand teams can give you some trouble though

But no hydra means no basc counter
Is there a water type to beat basc
To keep fire-water-grass core
If you’re willing to spare a slot for Moonblast you could ditch Tink and have a weaker Fairy coverage but AV + Blizzard
Hisuian samurott replaces milo and sneasler goes back instead of hydra I think
Maybe bulkier Rotom-Wash as speed control and to threaten Basc? You’d be really banking on Electroweb or Will-o-wisp crippling it before it gets going with Respects tho
