Lopunny Team Help: VGC Team Building

So basically I have Lopunny for heavy damage/ disruption with encore. Its also my mega lol
Sylveon is to have special attack pressure/ burst damage. Also great into the dragons that my team kinda struggles with
Basc is built to live a sucker punch in the end game and hopefully still do big damage. Also helps against my fire weakness
Gambit is pretty standard. Just overall good to have
Chomp is built to speed tie with mega floett, and also has poison jab to surprise them with big damage. Also can bring whim to sash if needed
And talon is my tailwind setter. Also helps against my sneasler weakness

I just feel like incin, zard, aposing chomps, and whims still might be an issue for me. So was hoping to see if maybe I should swap something for a good support mon to help with those issues lol

I just started using it today so not too much practice lol Im still pretty new to vgc. Only been playing like a month

Lopunny with encore actually works pretty well since its so fast.
Scarf garchomp is a good idea though!

I tried using no protect lopunny and kept getting into weird speed situations where I would move second and get one shot lol

How do you like yawn on sylveon? I got stuck in a whirlpool by a milotic because someone had yawn sylveon and it was such a pain to get through lol

I got 5th with it in parker's tour yesterday

any suggestions on who to take out and what to replace with for something that deals special attack damage, and also acts more of a support?

I was thinking maybe sinista but then Im even weaker to zard so idk

But after playing yesterday and today, I notice my team struggles hard with willow wisp users

I forgot what the team was, let me look at it again
