Announcing Dyno Tickets! 🎫

Hello @Updates , we're very excited to announce Dyno's newest, and free, module Tickets!

How it works

With this new module you can set up Ticket Panels that your server members can interact with to privately discuss with your server's staff in order to get help, or for a reason of your choice. Your members can simply click on the Create Ticket button and a private channel will be created in a category of your choice (with a customizable form to let them provide more information in advance). After you're done, you can resolve or close the ticket, at which point Dyno will also post the ticket's transcript in a channel of your choice!

Additionally, with a premium subscription, you can fully customize the module to make it fully meet your server's needs - from adding extra questions to the ticket intake form, to customizing all of the module's default in-ticket messages, and more!

Wichtiges Bot-Update heute 🚀

Wir switchen heute auf einen neuen, besseren Bot mit mehr Funktionen, besserer Performance und insgesamt schnellerer Verarbeitung.

Neue Funktion:
Ihr könnt jetzt easy relisten, indem ihr einfach die URL von eurem Item in den Bot hochladet/einfügt. Der Bot übernimmt den Rest deutlich cleaner und schneller als vorher.

Wichtig für heute:
Es kann sein, dass ihr vorübergehend ein paar Channels nicht sehen könnt, während wir alles umstellen.

Leider müsst ihr eure Private Channels auch in den neuen Bot übertragen. Das ist aber easy: Ihr könnt eure Links im alten Setup einsehen und sie dann einfach im neuen Bot wieder einfügen.

Auch Sachen wie Autobuy Setup etc. müsst ihr einmal neu einrichten, aber das geht schnell und lohnt sich, weil der neue Bot overall deutlich besser läuft.
