Golden Dawn RP Scene in Enerjak REBORN

The smoldering air of the zone radiates through the area, yet, not a sign of smog, it’s always been such a peculiar place for this despite the obvious hazards and let alone the constant burning and breaking of the various parts of the land closer to the magma. But it’s yet to fall or be moved, even despite all it’s gone through..

A ring suddenly opens— a wave of ring energy briefly washing over the land as it rapidly fades before— a hedgehog walks through, standing atop a pillar and looking towards the horizon as their eyes seemed— dull— more so dead. Though very much so alive they simply wouldn’t say or— do anything. Just sit and stare…it’s hard to know how they may be feeling on the outside— but they look like any other old mobian as the warp ring vanishes shortly after..

(“Why..why every time..I..”)

She would lift her hand but not bare to look, the scorch marks on her hand— then she lays her hand flat onto her leg. Taking a deep breath whilst closing her eyes and breathing out— unsteady with her breath as she remembers what happened all over again..it was her fault after all why her diminson could never be found.. {E}

Erica simply remained still, not moving a muscle, not even making a sound. She was lost in thought and not bothering to even interact with Cyanide, she just sat there and remained lost in her thoughts as nothing but those horrific screams ring in her mind..their fear— desperation..she couldn’t stop herself.

Her heart races before balling her hand into a fist tightly and opening her eyes whilst she leans back onto her hands, looking towards the clouds in the sky.

(“Nice weather, at least that’s nice right?..”)

Once more the voice in the back of her mind is striking again, the voice that kept reminding her— kept telling her what she truly was..she just lets out an exasperated sigh and lays down on her back across the column, unable to focus on trying to think about anything else as the guilt just keeps gnawing at her will. After all, it’s no one else’s fault other than her own. She truly was the reason and ending was written for her dimension.. {E}

“…..”

Erica just continues laying up ontop the column in silence. Not even registering Cyanide for the moment as she’s sifting and suffering her memories once more..

(“If only I had realized then..maybe..I could’ve changed everything?…no…”) {E}

“Bye.”

Erica just, sits up— pushing herself off from the column and landing onto the ground with what seemed like years of experience— the scars..wounds— its hard to tell just how many fights she’s been through but it’s clear she’s not someone who’s open with people, nor is she someone that wouldn’t have a reason to be so isolated. But it’s a wonder what could have changed them so drastically to make them seemingly adverse to conversation..could it be war?..a raid?..loss? Any of these reasons are plausible..but in the eyes of Cyanide, she’s just trying to get away from him seemingly just being rude on a surface level assessment.. {E}

“Then stop looking at me if I bother you so much.”

A sharp retort, not missing a beat. Erica is familiar with Cyanide’s type..though she still didn’t enjoy doing this all the same despite her stoic expression— her eyes remained dull and dead. Whilst internally she’d be loathing herself, questioning herself about many of the choices she’s made. Though she refocuses as she keeps her pace, walking around Cyanide as if he did not exist to her. Though really she was just hoping he’d interpret it that way so she could be left alone.

She never brought anything but trouble after all, she still never understood how anyone could forgive her if they knew her sins.. {E}

Erica’s already realized they’d just continue following her so— she walked close and closer towards the magma where no obstacles stood along its path towards a another piece of land among this magma lake, forming a ring discreetly in her hand as she focused. The ring softly glowing before she flicks it towards where she wanted it to go. The ring slamming into the ground where she’d aim.

“Not wanting help, not in need of any..good day.”

She then glows with ring energy within seconds— suddenly dashing— seemingly flying across the magma as she becomes this golden blur that flies across..she knew he’d keep trying to bother her so she lead him somewhere where there was no ground to immediately catch back up to her in order to escape.

If not just rude, isolationist was certainly something Erica could be considered as..disassociating almost instantly and constantly going against whatever was said, maybe not on a personal level but enough to be an attempt to end conversation and seperated themselves..meanwhile Eric’s continues walking, just hoping this would be enough to make Cyanide give up. {E}

Erica sighs, he was right, this was pissing her off. Royally. But she wasn’t going to let her temper win her over to just attack someone senselessly. So after taking some steps back she forms a ring in her hand, focusing energy into the ring as it glows intensely with ring energy. Then she tosses it behind it as it floats there, slowly expanding..growing larger and larger as the energy just kept intensifying, then she turns to the ring. Balling her fist as she decides— or at least, finds that it’s only fair to say her name. Even if it’s meaningless in her eyes.

“Erica..”

Then as the ring she threw behind began to spin rapidly it’s hard to not recognize what she just so casually created..it was a warp ring.. {E}

“….”

She just enters the warp ring, leaving. Once more not answering a single god damned question or response properly just like earlier.. {E}
