So from these verses it describes health as a form of liberty. Liberty of sickness. Liberty of captivity. Truth and goodness are also healthy to the soul. What about the body? The body is the temple. The dwelling place of our souls for now. So if we keep in good health our bodies will be clean, but if we despite health and put all kinds of evil things in our bodies. Then they will be unclean (our bodies). This includes both spiritual and physical health. Spiritual is when you focus on the unseen part. On angels or demons. The physical part is when we eat healthy food and spend your time correctly and influence our minds with good things.

Health to your brain involves eating the foods which gives you all the things your body needs to maintain itself. For the brain, nuts are good. For your entire body, water is needed. For your muscles and blood, exercise is needed. For morality, filtered content is needed. For preventing depression, joy is needed. For preventing sicknesses, healthy discipline is needed.

Everything has its own part in helping us to live healthier.

When we lack one thing. We reap the consequences thereof.

For the health of the body a good diet is needed. Such as eating green things. Vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits and water. All of these contribute their own part in health. Water on the other hand is essential to the system and here are the benefits: helps to clean up the systems, helps to fight against bacteria and viruses, helps you maintain a better mood and prevents headaches. You can get dehydrated when you don't drink water for long periods of time on the same day. A lot of water can make you want to go to the toilet way sooner, than normal. This is, because the body cleans itself out of the things it has no need for. Water and food go together hand by hand. You may drink water, but without food you will still lack health. And eating you may lack drinking water and still be lacking health. Please set reminders for water and food, because it happens that we forget about them. Actually some plants act as an alternative to meat. Whatever meat it is. For example some beans help with the overall body fatness. Some seeds help with oils or omegas. Some nuts help the brain be more productive. Colored vegetables and fruits are the ones that have more nutrients in them. Like eating green plants, they will provide the extra vitamins for your body. The color itself shows how nutritional and good a plant is to eat. Like when you see a green strawberry you don't say to yourself "this one is healthy", because the color doesn't match the food, but rather when you see a goodly red strawberry you say "this one is healthier, because I can see that it has the nutrients in it". This applies to all foods that have color. Depending on the country you live in, some dirty foods may be healthy for you. I am talking about milk, yogurt etc. soy milk is also a good alternative for animal milk, but you have to eat different meals. Actually eating different meals a few times on the same day is beneficial to your health. Eating the same meal over and over again.

Another health factor is exercise. No matter where, but when you exercise. When you exercise you move around your muscles, which helps you to be more flexible. Do you know that according to the internet, around 40% of your body is muscles? Yea. If you don't move them, they may be stiff-necked and it will hurt to move them afterwards. Even as we age older our body slowly starts to fail us. So if by a young age we eat healthy and do healthy practices, you will benefit from it for longer.
Good health habits can heal you from depression, sickness and help to prevent cancer. You can find online some free exercises or on YouTube. Just got to make your body move and not to stay at one place.
Hygiene is also important for your body health. Like that you clean and remove bacteria and useless things from your body and can actually prevent you from getting sick.
Just habits that need to be in our lives.

Your brain will stay healthy if you consume the right foods and content. What I mean by content is videos online, friend groups, how you talk to people, what you listen to, where you go and stuff like that. If you keep these things simple enough and not put yourself in a position to tempt yourself to go and watch or listen to some music with swear words, then you would find yourself using these words less and less until you stop using them. Or watch some content of robbers or crime, then you would think of them. That is not good and surely not good for your brain health.
We live in a time where you can actually filter the content you consume and you are not forced by anyone to watch or listen to something (hopefully). So let's take advantage of this opportunity and use it for our good.
The exercise you do can vary on your daily lifestyle. Like some, the mountains are the go to, but for others, it is their own personal home.

Going outside for a walk can have its own spiritual benefits. The atmosphere and the air, and the environment help the physical body to refresh and relax while it also helps spiritually to get back peace and faith or just to get back your normal senses.

A good walk is a balanced walk.

The more we exercise the more energy we will have.

It is because of healthy heart rate, which comes from good exercise. Even pushups. Good energy = good study and work.
