⚠️ DELTA REIGN PREORDERS — PAYMENT UPDATE
Waiting to sort your Pokémon Center UK preorder payment? Here’s where things stand.
Pokémon Center has acknowledged a problem with payment reauthorisation for Delta Reign orders and says it is investigating.
If you’ve received an email asking you to update your payment details:
- Check the deadline in your own email.
- If the payment page fails, save a screenshot and contact Pokémon Center Support with your order number.
- Watch your inbox and spam folder for further instructions.
The current official notice doesn’t give a fix time or confirm a deadline extension, so don’t assume the date in your email has changed.
We know it’s frustrating when you’re trying to secure your order. Any confirmed updates we share will go in this channel—please direct anyone asking about the issue to this post. 💚
