OSP 0.6.48: Operation Starfall Becomes SORTIE

OSP Roblox | Operation Safe Place: Tower Defense announces version 0.6.48, rebuilding Operation Starfall as SORTIE, a free-flight mode over Kelvaris IX. Pilots can combine six turret sockets, collect supply crates, mine resources and battle three bosses across ten waves, solo or in squads of four.

Operation Starfall (Sector Registry, after the campaign) is now a full flying mode over Kelvaris IX.
- Fly free: your ship flies like your character: forward, back, sideways, UP, DOWN and BOOST. The camera turns like it does on foot.
- Your turrets fire on their own: you steer, dodge and choose. You start with a Machine Gun on the nose.
- Supply crates: every few hundred Valor a crate opens. Pick 1 of 3: a new turret or a level up. Reroll, lock or ban cards.
- Six sockets and combos: turrets side by side make COMBOS (BULLET STORM, RAILGUN, PRISM BEAM and more), and three of a kind make a TRIPLE.
- Ten waves and three bosses: a boss ends every wave, the Crimson Cathedral at wave 5 and the Void Wyrm at wave 10. Watch for their big attacks and fly out of the red.
- Gates, mining and supply pods: fly through gates for boosts and a gun platform, mine glowing rocks with your tractor beam, and grab pods to repair.
3 lives each, solo or with a squad of 4. A run is about 11 minutes. Good luck, pilots!
