Guys i dont know what to do here i get banned for no reason i simply talked to customer support about deposits i couldn’t deposit large amounts and they banned for me for this shocking reason and i cannot speak to them now what should i do please help

They ask for the email of the account
Then they figure out that i have been banned they stop talking to me

I am already logged out and when i contact web browser they ask me for my email i give it them then they send me that letter

Hey, just to clarify—I’m not official PrizePicks support, but I did look into their Terms of Service for you. After reviewing the information, it does appear that since you were found to be in violation for multi-accounting, your account has been closed and the funds have been seized.
According to Section 5.1 of their Terms of Service, PrizePicks explicitly reserves the right to seize all real-money funds in the account(s) when MultiAccounting is detected. Here’s a link to their Terms of Service where you can see this yourself:
