CommunityOne Discord Knowledge Discovery is Live!

The CommunityOne Builders Help community has launched its new Discord Knowledge Discovery feature, allowing users to automatically sync knowledge from specific Discord channels and member messages into their Spark knowledge base after configuration. This process requires explicit consent from members whose messages are being synced as a safety measure. The team is also focusing on infrastructure speed improvements and adding new analytics charts this week.
Hey guys! This week's update:
- Discord Knowledge Discovery is now out. It should be pretty self-explanatory. After you set up the configuration, please let us know which channels, which members' messages, and which topic we should automatically sync knowledge to. We will show you all the knowledge bits.
We will need members' explicit consent to sync their Discord messages with your Spark knowledge as a safety measure.
This week we will be working on the speeding up some of our infrastructure and adding some additional charts into our analytics.
