This is not a server selling some "service" - those are scams. The only way to get a high snapscore is with spam groups unfourtunately. This group has a bunch of these though!
There is a guide on how to send snaps using multisnap and how to change the time the snaps are viewed, so that you can just open a snap and let the app open them automatically while you do something else that doesn't require your phone.
