Includes Owner and Co-Owner

7.2 Administrators
Manage server systems, security, environment, and staff coordination
Implement policies set by TLOC
Handle high-level conflicts
7.3 Moderators
Maintain harmony in chats
Guide members calmly
De-escalate conflicts
Enforce rules respectfully
8. Staff Definition
Staff = TLOC + Administrators + Moderators
Staff authority exists only to protect the community, not for dominance.
9. Independent Role Evaluation Body (REB)
REB is a non-staff, independent evaluation body.
Purpose of REB:
Evaluate special non-staff roles based on behavior, values, and consistency
Judge quality of character, not authority
Important Notes:
REB has no moderation or punishment power
REB is not visible publicly
REB members are non-staff core members
REB decisions are private

Roles REB Cannot Approve:
VVIP (Only TLOC)
REB evaluates:
