Dyno Server Listing Redesign and Monthly Voting

Hello @Updates! Historically, our Server Listing has always been one of our more popular features, but at the same time it has also been one of our most neglected features... Well, it's time for that to change!
Server Listing Overhaul! 
We have given our Server Listing page a visual redesign to make it more modern and pretty to look at, and easier to navigate! We made quite a few changes, but here are the most important highlights:
- Server descriptions now support markdown (and newlines, finally)!
- Servers now also have their Discord server banner shown at the top of their server card and server page. Additionally, servers with a Standard Premium subscription can set a custom banner altogether!
Server Voting! 
But wait... there's more!
Along with the aforementioned Server Listing changes, we are also introducing a new way to make your server more noticeable among the others, instead of solely relying on our random sorting. You and your members can now vote your server using the new /vote command!
Every vote helps your server climb higher and higher up the list, making it more visible to the thousands of users that browse our server listing every single month. And to give every server a fair chance, votes reset monthly, so don't worry about falling behind for one month!
