I've been thinking about whether to post this for a while, and I think the best thing I can do is just be honest.
Lately, I've noticed a change.
The streams are still happening. The videos are still being made. The Discord is still here. But something feels different than it used to.
Maybe it's just the natural ups and downs every community goes through, but it feels like we've lost a little of the energy we used to have. Fewer conversations. Fewer familiar faces. Less excitement. Less of that feeling that we were all building something special together.
I want you all to know that I see it.
And honestly, I don't know exactly how to fix it.
That's why I'm asking for your help.
If you've been quieter lately, I'd love to know why. If there are things you'd like to see more of, tell me. If there are things that aren't working, tell me. If there are games, events, or content ideas that would make you more excited to participate, I genuinely want to hear them.
This community means a lot to me. More than most of you probably realize.
This isn't a goodbye post, and it isn't me trying to guilt anyone into being more active.
It's simply me checking in and saying:
I care.
I notice.
And I want to make this place feel alive again.
