Moderator Call for YouTube Twitch & Kick
Summary
The Royal Noir Syndicate is recruiting moderators for YouTube, Twitch, and Kick streams. React to the announcement to indicate which platform(s) you can cover. Selection is voluntary but not guaranteed; candidates should be respectful, attentive, calm, and able to work with the team. Current mods may be promoted to Lead Moderator with a private channel for coordination.
I’m looking to add more moderators to my streams across all three platforms:
YouTube,
Twitch, and
Kick!
If you’re interested, react below to let me know which platform(s) you’d like to moderate.
Please understand that volunteering does not guarantee you’ll be selected. I’m looking for people I can trust to protect the community, help maintain a positive and respectful environment, and support me while I’m focused on the stream.
A good moderator needs to:
Be respectful and welcoming to everyone.
Pay attention to the stream and chat.
Listen to my direction and respect my final decisions.
Stay calm and use good judgment.
Avoid rushing to time out or ban someone just to be the first to act.
Work well with the rest of the moderation team.
Moderating is not about having power—it’s about helping the community. If I’m busy with the game or unable to handle something myself, I need to know that I can rely on my moderators to respond appropriately.
Some current members of @Underboss (Mods) will also be promoted to Lead Moderator. I’ll be creating a separate Lead Mod role and private chat for them.
Thank you to everyone who helps me hold down the fort and keep this community a fun, safe, and positive place. 💜
