Lovable Credit Abuse Prevention Notice

Summary

Lovable announces new enforcement against credit abuse including in-project warning banners for projects showing suspicious use and malicious extensions. The team is permanently blocking projects and accounts with repeated abuse and cites violations of Lovable Terms and Platform Rules. This protects community safety and preserves free credit integrity.

Credit Abuse Prevention

Lovable continuously monitors platform activity for misuse and anomalous behavior. Automated systems enforce rate limits and detect abuse across users, projects, and workspaces.

This week, our systems triggered alerts of credit abuse, and we responded accordingly. As part of that response, we are now displaying a warning directly in projects that show signs of credit abuse (see attached images), particularly those using malicious extensions to abuse our free credit features. Additionally, we are permanently blocking projects and accounts that show a pattern of continued abuse.

Credit abuse violates Lovable's Terms & Conditions and Platform Rules, which all users agree to at sign-up. We will continue to act on credit abuse, malicious apps, and malicious extensions wherever our systems detect them.

As a reminder, violation of Lovable’s Terms & Conditions are against #📜︱community-guidelines and will result in your removal from the server.

We appreciate your commitment to keeping this space creative, safe, and secure.

Thank you for being part of this community,

The Lovable Team
