Something I've heard works is have a small get to together of at least you and one other supportive friend(most likely just one) and dress up as the other gender and use she her pronouns to just see if it fits
heads up, not all trans people have dysphoria
for some people its more like they are just happier as a girl
This is litreally happening to me right now and i told my whole gay friendgroup im a trans fem but im not doubting if im just a femboy

Tbh if youâve already questioned your gender it may already be a pretty good sign. Most cis people donât even think about âI wonder if Iâd be happier if I were the other genderâ

idk I don't mind being a boy but whenever I talk to a new person they think I'ma girl

How does that make you feel? Like when they refer to you as a girl
Compared to being referred to as a boy
it makes me feel like I'm good at being feminine but I don't usually think of myself as a girl
Or like ask your close friends to use she her pronouns or smt for a while so you can feel it out
