I need help with managing doses and the risks of feminizing hrt
Im currently just using 1.25mg finasteride and 50mg spironolactone for hair control
Ive been told that spironolactone has like, some bad side effects if you dont get your kidneys checked, but also the normal dose is said to be 200mg or smth. Would having my dose 1/4 of that minimize any risk?
Also i recreationally use estrogen once in a while whenever ive been a good boy
(Nothing major, just a dab of oestrogen gel thats less than a milligram, and since the gel im using is 0.6mg estrogen per mg of gel, im probably only getting 0.3mg of estrogen evwrytime i use it. Then again i would use it 0-3 times a day depending on how productive i was.)

its HEAVILY regulated
in states like florida, its illegal for minors and damn near impossible for adults

Yes i bought them from a random vendor online, but i got it confirmed by my psychiatrist that they are factory made by a trusteorthy company and not some random mix of chemicals made in someone's basement
thats great and all but you still need a physician who can regulate the doses and preform checkups to make sure you arent being physically harmed

i cant convince you not to do it but if you want your best chances DIYing it
there should be a reddit page for DIY hrt and thats probably your best shot finding advice
