I haven't come out to anyone yet and everyone in irl thinks I am very manly and straight. I also dont have a femboy voice mine is deep, and I can figure out all the clothes to get and how to get them without my parents knowing. Please helpppp meee

If you think that talking about your orientation could lead to something bad happening, like your parents finding out and kicking you out of the house, it's best to keep it to yourself until you're in a position where that wouldn't significantly affect you.
However, if that's not your situation... you could start by telling a small group of people, like your closest friends and gradually expand from there. That's what I did before telling my parents.
As for the voice... I'm actually at that stage too, but I'm watching videos about it. There are several on YouTube; you'll have to see which one suits you best.
