• Open Discord Settings → Manage Roles (or go to your server profile / roles page)
• Find the role you miss-clicked
• Tap/click Leave or Remove

I can’t see your server role list from here, so I can’t confirm who else sees it—but usually:

• If you’re talking about a role named “Forum Contributors”: everyone who has been granted it can see it on their own profile/roles.
• You usually can’t “see who can see what” unless Discord exposes it on profiles (and even then it varies by settings).
