For those who are unable to access actual estrogen or don't want to deal with the risks, are there foods that naturally contain higher estrogen or promote the creation of estrogen in the body?

and as far as I know, I would have to go to a sepcialized doctor and be presricbed with it

they only have locations in 3 states
but people drive from out of state to see them cause they are so good
