you don't even have to say the word femboy specifcly
I did by taking it slow and acting more fem time to time, for example painting nails or shaving more often and if they confront you just say u would like to be a lil more fem. After that u can slowly get more fem. This is from my experience and it worked well with my mum she supports me, but if u know that ur parents wont like it u dont have to tell them.
