So I have always heard âGod has a plan for us allâ but at the same time that we have free will. So how does one know if they are on the right path? Does God like nudge you mentally when making decisions or does he like make a path seem more tempting or smth?
To be clear, not trying to debate. I am also not trying to join Christianity or am looking for someone to point me in the right direction, I am just curious and wanna hear from someone who is Christian and can explain it to me so I can have a better understanding of it.

once again I'm not a christian myself but I do have a lot of christian family members and I'm in a christian school so
Catholic here, I would say God made us in his likeness and image, he has a path for us but the decision is ultimately up to man, God loves us that much, we are given the choice to follow him or not, if God was this cruel monster, we wouldnât be where weâre at today. My take on it, hopefully helps.
