Femboys are still boys and if they proceed how most men would age they can kinda lose that “femboy-ness”. So by taking estrogen they can slow/stop that growing. Not 100% sure but I think it’s different from hrt cause they take stuff to stop testosterone production and then they take estrogen but I’m not sure. It’s just to like stay more fem and prevent masculine aging.
