New members will no longer be required to immediately state their country of residence, which will instead be an optional choice made after joining. This change replaces the initial country section with a platform section, offering new members more privacy and flexibility upfront.
no country roles when you first join means that members wont be required to show the country they reside in! it will be a choice and we will replace the country section in the beginning with the platform section! new people would have to navigate after they come in to choose a country or continent
