We’re on paper 1.21.11 and used the Crossplay Addon Preset. Bedrock players now see the following.

Instead of using the preset, it's possible that something was misconfigured. Could you try going through the configuration steps manually by following our guide here: https://wisehosting.com/help/how-to-install-geysermc-to-your-minecraft-server
