In response to the RISC Zero Security Disclosure https://x.com/RiscZero/status/1935404812146725042, we upgraded affected dependencies, released vlayer v1.2.0 and recreated our block indexers.

- When using the time-travel and teleport features, you might run into errors like Chain is too far behind. Give our block indexers a while to catch up ⌛.
- To keep things up-to-date, upgrade vlayer by typing vlayer update in the terminal.
