💜 Community Reminder - Giveaways & Boundaries 💜
Hey everyone! I want to make something clear regarding giveaways and gifting in this community. Giveaways are something I may occasionally choose to do as a fun way of giving back to the community. They are not an invitation to ask me or other members to buy/gift you things.
Please do not:
- Beg or repeatedly ask to be gifted characters, skins, codes, etc.
- Ask me to choose you as a giveaway winner or tell me how badly you want/need the prize in an attempt to influence the result.
- Offer views, subscriptions, support, etc. in exchange for being gifted or selected.
- Spam giveaway questions or requests across unrelated YouTube videos, Discord channels, DMs, or other platforms.
- Ask for a different prize than the one being offered. If a giveaway is for Daphne, for example, the prize is Daphne.
- Contact me repeatedly asking when you will receive something unless you have actually been announced as a winner.
Giveaway instructions will always be provided wherever the giveaway is announced. Please read them fully and keep giveaway-related questions there.
I understand that people get excited, especially when something they really want is being given away, and excitement is absolutely welcome! 💜 But boundaries still need to be respected.
Repeatedly ignoring these boundaries after being asked to stop may result in comments being removed, moderation action in the server, or being blocked from my platforms. This behavior will also not improve your chances of winning a giveaway.
I want giveaways and community events to be fun for everyone- including me as the person hosting them. Please be respectful and don't turn someone's generosity into pressure for more. 💜 @Fireflies
