Hello Wisterwildlings!!! 
We first would like to take a moment to welcome all of the new comers! The server has grown like crazy in the past few months! We are super excited to be seeing new faces around!
With this being said, whether you are a new player or an older player we would love to make sure you guys know where you can get help if needed!!
**You can head to #⿻․⁺┆volunteer-support for help by other players or cottage crew!
You can also search for things that have possibly been discussed there before. I have attached a few screenshots on how to search for something. Here are the steps;
- go to the search tab on your device
- select the filters and select "mention someone"
- put in a key word that could be mentioned in a message, such as land bringing up land plugin help, skins bringing up any conversation about skins and so on, if you don't find it while searching, drop the question in the chat!**
Shouting your questions in-game by starting your sentence with !
Example: !how do I reset my home?

Upon joining you recieve a tour token, you can activate this to enable a notification for any member of the server to give you a tour in-game!
#»submit-a-ticket ! If you can't find anything you're looking for following the methods above, you're free to open a ticket and Turanga, a hearth keeper or a cottage crew member will help you out!
