i think this is kinda important since some people are little stupid
to avoid the scam you should at least have in mind that :
1. you shouldn't download and open exe files that some random person sends you (unless you ether run a good anti-virus check on it or have it on virtual machine
2. download mods for MC from official sources like curseforge or the devs github
3. i dont think its safe for now to share files like this like a download and its better to share a list of links to the official source of the mods
