Launcher fixes - Idle lag & client cpu issue

Upon starting the client, launcher will now set affinity to 0, aka solving some issues.

You can replace old launcher with new and it will work.

A fix has been applied to the launcher, if you're affected by invisible characters, simply download the launcher and replace the old with new to get the fix.
