Items Disappearing? Follow This Logging Procedure

On UltimateDayZPVE this announcement explains exactly how to log disappearing items so staff can match your report to server logs. It instructs players to record gameplay, alt-tab to open a Discord ticket, post the ticket channel name in global chat, and provide local time plus details. Do not relog or move items to preserve evidence.
📢 IMPORTANT: Items Disappearing? DO THIS EXACTLY (Logging Procedure)
We’re investigating rare cases where items can disappear from inventories (often from vests).
If it happens to you, we need a perfect log timestamp so we can match it to server logs.
We have changed some settings that could potentially cause this issue, sadly this glitch is almost not re-producable to test..
The best way to really acquire the needed information is open the server and do all the following below:
❗❗ IF YOU SEE ITEMS DISAPPEARING:❗❗
STEP 1 — MAKE SURE YOU ARE RECORDING!
EVERYONE SHOULD BE RECORDING AT ALL TIMES.
Use NVIDIA ShadowPlay / AMD ReLive / Medal / OBS (anything).
If you don’t record, we may not be able to prove what happened and get your items back.
- STEP-BY-STEP (DO THIS IN ORDER)
1) STOP TOUCHING YOUR INVENTORY
The moment you notice items disappearing:
STOP moving items
STOP swapping vests/backpacks
STOP opening barrels / garage / trader - Just freeze and go to Step 2.
2) TAB OUT INSTANTLY + OPEN A TICKET
Alt-Tab out of the game
Open a ticket in Discord immediately
3) WAIT UNTIL THE TICKET CHANNEL APPEARS
Discord will create a channel like:
ticket-1234
4) GO BACK IN-GAME AND POST ONLY THIS IN GLOBAL CHAT
As soon as you see your ticket channel name, go back to the game and post ONLY this in GLOBAL CHAT:
ticket-1234
(Use your own ticket channel name.)
5) NOW GO BACK TO YOUR TICKET AND TYPE THE DETAILS
In your ticket, include:
Your in-game name
What disappeared (example: “ammo + meds from vest”)
What you were doing right before it started (garage / barrel / trader / vehicle / relog)
The time it happened (your local time + your region/country, because time zones differ)
Clip/video if you have it (HIGHLY preferred — otherwise we may not be able to help you)
🚨🚨🚨 DO NOT DO THIS🚨🚨🚨
Don’t relog right away
Don’t keep dragging items
Don’t “test it more”
That can destroy the evidence and makes it harder to track.
I hope i've got it fixed, but sadly i cannot guarantee this yet...
