UltimateDayZPVE announces fixes after playtesting covering loot spawn levels (roughly 9000 items), increased sell prices on select collectibles from 50% to 150%, a vending machine licence fix, and adding 40+ modded optics and suppressors to vendor stock priced 1500 buy 1000 sell. These updates apply on next restart and aim to stabilize the economy and availability.
After playing the server myself for a few hours i've encountered some issues:
- Loot is spawning less than it used to before (This is mainly since quite some mods got removed that spawned loot).
- The income a new player is making is not enough compared to all the increased prices.
- Licencing is not working on the vending machines (you can't buy a licence).
- Optics and suppressors are almost not available at traders.
To encounter these issues i've pushed new updated files to the server, these will automatically work on next restart in 1 hour.
- Loot spawning rate stays the same (roughly 9000 items on the map).
- Sell price has increased from 50% to 150% on some items (Think of like heads of bugs, collectable cards, Other collectables etc etc).
This should bring it back up to a more stable way to earn money.
- Vending machine licence issue has been found and fixed (awaiting server restart).
- Added ALL modded suppressors and Optics (roughly 40+ of each) to every vending machine where you can buy weapons. Buy price is 1500, sell price is 1000 so players can test stuff out.
I'll be monitoring the server the coming days and play it myself as well to see if all these changes are enough for the best experience possible.
