I've been playing on this small 1.20.1 Forge zombie apocalypse server called GroundZero and honestly the modpack is CRAZY.
It's got TaCZ, Create/Create+, vehicles, zombies, cities, quests and a bunch of other stuff. It's also actually immersive — zombies can hear gunshots, suppressors matter, and the modpack is being expanded as the story progresses.
The idea is basically that players create the story themselves. You can make your own team, build a fortified city or military base, trade with people, make alliances, go to war, betray people, raid other factions during certain times, etc. There's also an actual lore behind the world that will continue developing alongside what the players do.
I'm starting a faction called THE REDWOOD SYNDICATE
The goal is to have a really tight group of 2-3 people who actually play together. We're going to grind HARD, build a hidden base somewhere in the mountains, stockpile weapons/ammo, expand our operation and eventually start raiding and hunting people for better loot.
I'm looking for 2-3 people who are actually down to play regularly and be part of it from the beginning. You don't need to know every mod either, I'm still learning half of them myself lol.
The server is small right now, but that's kinda the point. You aren't joining a server where everything is already established. You get to help build the factions, the community and basically the history of the server.
